1. About Sunny Dominicana

Sunny Dominicana ("the Platform", "we", "us") is an online directory and discovery platform for tourism businesses operating in the Dominican Republic. The Platform is operated by Tech Realization (sunnydr.com).

2. Nature of the Platform

Sunny Dominicana is an information directory and advertising platform. We list independent tourism businesses ("Providers") and provide tools for tourists ("Users") to discover and contact these Providers.

Sunny Dominicana does not sell, organize, operate, or perform any tours, accommodations, transportation, restaurant services, or any other services listed on the Platform. All such services are provided exclusively by independent third-party Providers.

3. Relationship between User, Provider, and Platform

Any contract for services, payment, cancellation, refund, or any other commercial or service-related arrangement is concluded directly between the User and the Provider.

Sunny Dominicana is not a party to such contracts. Sunny Dominicana does not act as an agent, intermediary, broker, or representative of either party. Sunny Dominicana does not collect payment from Users on behalf of Providers.

4. No warranty regarding Providers or services

While Sunny Dominicana makes reasonable efforts to verify Providers listed on the Platform, we do not guarantee, warrant, or endorse the quality, safety, legality, accuracy, or availability of any service offered by any Provider.

Information about Providers (descriptions, photos, prices, availability, hours) is supplied by the Providers themselves and may change without notice. Users are responsible for verifying details directly with the Provider before booking or relying on any information.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sunny Dominicana is not liable for:

• Quality, performance, safety, or outcome of any service provided by a Provider
• Cancellations, no-shows, delays, or modifications by a Provider
• Disputes between Users and Providers, including refund disputes
• Loss, injury, damage, or harm of any kind arising from use of services listed on the Platform
• Accuracy or completeness of Provider-supplied information

User remedies for service issues lie exclusively with the Provider.

6. Editorial control

Sunny Dominicana maintains full editorial discretion over content on the Platform. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• Feature, promote, demote, or unfeature any listing
• Edit listing content for clarity, accuracy, or compliance with Platform standards
• Suspend or remove any listing for any reason, including but not limited to: complaints from Users, breach of Platform standards, inactivity, fraudulent or misleading content, or risk to Platform reputation

These actions are editorial decisions and do not constitute warranties, guarantees, or service obligations to Users or Providers.

7. User-submitted content

Reviews, ratings, comments, and other content submitted by Users represent the personal opinions of those Users. Sunny Dominicana does not endorse and is not responsible for User-submitted content. We may moderate, edit, or remove such content at our discretion.

8. Intellectual property

All Platform content, design, code, and branding are the property of Sunny Dominicana / Tech Realization, except for Provider-supplied content which remains the property of the respective Provider. Provider-supplied content is licensed to Sunny Dominicana for display on the Platform.

9. Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Dominican Republic.
